Mildred E. Hardison, age 94, of College Grove, Tennessee, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011 in Franklin. Mrs. Hardison was born in Williamson County and was a daughter of the late Willie A. and Emma Baker Eudailey. She was a homemaker and businesswoman. Mrs. Hardison was a member of the College Grove United Methodist Church and the College Grove Senior Citizens, now known as Fifty Forward Senior Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, James Erik Hardison, who died in 1991, by a sister, Emogene Eudailey Carpenter and brothers, William (Pete) Eudailey and Baker Eudailey.
Mrs. Hardison is survived by a step-daughter, Rebecca Hardison Ferguson, Ft. Myers, FL; step-grandchildren, Anna Ferguson Tucker (Charlie) Tupelo, MS, Jeff Ferguson (Wanda), Tupelo, MS; four step-great grandchildren; niece, Joy Eudailey Shelnutt, Kernersville, NC; nephews, Bill Eudailey, Osterville, MA, David Carpenter, Brentwood, TN, Bob Carpenter (Ginger), McAllen, TX, Tom Eudailey (Marguret) Durham, NC; sister-in-law, Carol Eudailey, Brentwood, TN; special mention to Bobby Tackett and Ruth Dodd, both of College Grove, TN.
