William Haston Hired As Eagleville City Manager

At the December 2011 council meeting, a vote of 6-0 passed to hire William Haston as the new city manager for the City of Eagleville in a part-time position.

Mr. Haston is certified as a government finance manager and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University.

For the past three years, Mr. Haston’s has worked for the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) as a finance and accounting consultant. He was the Eagleville advisor during his time with MTAS. He has also worked as assistant city manager and budget officer for the City of Kingsport.

Mr. Haston is married to Lori Haston and have 3 kids, William G., who is in the Air Force, Justin A., who attends college at East Tennessee State University, and Taryn D., who is a Freshman at Blackman High School.
