Eagleville Times Engagement Announcements

Hill & Jones
Samantha Nichole Hill of Chapel Hill and Lee Alan Jones of Eagleville announce their engagement.
Samantha is the daughter of Lisa Burgess of Chapel Hill and Tim Hill of Old Hickory. Lee is the son of Jerry and Joyce Jones of Eagleville.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Forrest High School. She graduated in 2009 from Tennessee State University, where she earned a degree in applied sciences with a concentration in dental hygiene. She works in the office of Dr. Porch in Murfreesboro as a dental hygienist.
Her grandparents are Charlie and Cheryle Denton of Rockvale, Wally Hill of Chapel Hill, Betty Wright of Chapel Hill and Tina Burgess and the late Charlie Burgess of Hudson, FL.
The bridegroom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Eagleville High School. He is employed at Middle Tennessee Electric in Murfreesboro.
His grandparents are Gordon and Mary Alice Lamb of Eagleville, Vassie Jones of Christiana, and Charlie Mac and Betty Jones of Murfreesboro.
An Oct. 3, 2009, wedding is planned to take place in Chapel Hill.

Anderson & Rowland
Robert Dale and Donna Anderson of Coopertown announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Brook Anderson to Eric Matthew Rowland, son of Doye and Betty Rowland of Eagleville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob and Ruby Patton of Springfield, Charlene Anderson of Coopertown and the late Robert C. Anderson, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James R. Wilkins.
Miss Anderson is a graduate of Springfield High School. She is currently attending Volunteer State Community College.
Mr. Rowland is the grandson of Clarence Puckett of Eagleville and the late Lela Puckett, Grady Rowland of Rockvale and the late Betty Rowland.
The future groom is a graduate of Eagleville High School and Middle Tennessee State University. He is employed by the Robertson County Board of Education as a teacher and coach at White House Heritage.
The private ceremony will be held at 6:00 p.m. on October 10, 2009 at First Baptist Church Joelton.

Sisk & Hueter
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Sisk of Lynnville, Tennessee announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Courtney Lee Sisk, to Jared Charles Hueter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Hueter of Warm Springs, Arkansas.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert McAnally of Lakeland, Florida, and Morris and Gerry Sisk Howard, of Pulaski, Tennessee and the late Jimmie Sisk.
She is a 2001 graduate of Richland High School, a 2005 graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education, and a 2008 graduate of Cumberland University earning her Masters in Education. She is employed at Eagleville School as a kindergarten teacher.
The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Wanda McDaniel of Osceola, Arkansas and the late Cecil McDaniel, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hueter of Warm Springs, Arkansas.
He is a 2001 graduate of Gateway Christian Schools, and a 2007 graduate of the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas. He is employed as the Dean of Design at Priestly Charter School of Architecture and Construction in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The wedding is planned for Monday, June 22 at Hallehurst in Pulaski, Tennessee.

Shelton & Bolden
Lacey Mae Shelton and Scott Bradley Bolden, both of Eagleville, announce their upcoming marriage. The future bride is the daughter of Peter and Karol Kerr of Fife Lake, MI and Ronald and Vicki Shelton of Columbia, TN. The future groom is the son of Larry and Carol Simpson of Eagleville, TN and Benny Bolden of Eagleville.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Spring Hill High School in Columbia, TN. She earned an Associates degree in Nursing from Columbia State Community College in 2003 and a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006. She is currently working on her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Middle Tennessee State University. She is employed as a RN by Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia.
The bridegroom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Eagleville School in Eagleville. He earned his Bachelors degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. He is currently working on his Masters degree in Education from Cumberland University and expects to graduate in May. He is employed at Eagleville School as an elementary teacher.
The wedding will take place on March 22nd, 2008 at the Eagleville Baptist Church in Eagleville, Tenn.

Haywood & Walls
Jeffery B. and Kimberly D. Walls of Chapel Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Leigh, to Joshua Dale Haywood. He is the son of Steve and DeAnn Haywood of Unionville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Eagleville High School. She was a member of Who’s Who American High School Student for 4 years, freshman all the way to her senior year, a member of Who’s Who American High School Student Honor of Society 2006-2007, attended Tennessee Technology Center in Murfreesboro, secretary of IAAP 2007-2008. Currently she is employed with Just Like Home DayCare in Eagleville.
She is the granddaughter of Myrtis and the late Herbert Walls of Chapel Hill, Tenn., Faye and the late Carson Carroll of Chapel Hill, Tenn., and Marvin and Beverly Gentry of Shelbyville.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Community High School. He is currently employed at Jostens in Shelbyville, Tenn.
He is the grandson of Louvella Haywood of Nashville, and Patricia Jones of New Bern, North Carolina.
The wedding is planned for March 15, 2008 at Rockvale Church of Christ.

Mr. and Mrs. John H. Taylor of Eagleville announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Lynne, to Thurston James Taylor Farrar. His is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip T. Farrar of Shelbyville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Eagleville High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, cum laude, with a major in finance and a minor in accounting, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she is a Delta Gamma Sorority alumna. Currently, she is employed as a credit analyst at Maple Commercial Finance in Nashville.
She is the granddaughter of the late J.T. and Mary Williams of Nolensville, Tenn., and Sara Taylor and the late Rush Taylor, Jr. of Eagleville.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Shelbyville Central High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in plant science and landscape systems from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he is a Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity alumnus. He is employed as a field manager with Orion Sod Farm in Franklin, Tenn.
He is the grandson of the late Ray and Wilene Lamborn of Tullahoma and Macye Farrar and the late Dr. Taylor Farrar of Shelbyville.
The wedding is planned for September 15 at Shelbyville First United Methodist Church.

Mark and Gail Walling of Wartrace Tennessee announces the engagement of their daughter, Heather Ann Walling to William Bradley Beard, son of Samuel and Donna Hazelwood Crabtree of Columbia, Tn. The bride elect is a graduate of Cascade High School in Wartrace and a 2004 graduate of Freed Hardeman University of Henderson, Tn. Heather is employed as an assistant ladies basketball coach at Freed Hardeman University.
William Bradley Beard is a 2002 graduate of Page High School of Franklin, Tn. He is a member of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Trainers Association and a member of the Tennessee Spotted Saddle Horse Association. Brad is employed as an assistant horse trainer at Bill Bobo Stables of Shelbyville, Tn. He is the grandson of William and Martha Hazelwood of Spring Hill, Tennessee.

She is the granddaughter of the late Betty Thompson of Murfreesboro and James and Hazel Rigsby of Eagleville.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Cannon County High School in Woodbury. He received his bachelor of science degree in mathematics and his master’s degree in administration and supervision from MTSU. Currently, he is employed at Riverdale High School, where he is a math teacher and boys basketball coach.
He is the grandson of Gladys Hayes and Newburn Hayes and Juanita Burks and the late Tom S. Burks, all of Woodbury.
The wedding is planned for June 3 at Woodbury Church of Christ.

Goad & Bryant
Michael & Phyllis Bryant of Rockvale announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Beth, to Jonathan Dewayne Goad. He is the son of Reed & Lea Mosley of Mt. Juliet and Billy & Suzanne Goad of Eagleville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Eagleville High School where she was Valedictorian, Beta Club president and a member of Student Council. She is currently a senior at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and will graduate in August with a B.S. degree in Human Ecology with a concentration in Interior Design.
She is the granddaughter of C.J. & Thelma Bryant of Rockvale, James Edward & Peggy Barrett of Christiana, and the late Junior Handley. Her great-grandmothers are Ottley Hall of Rockvale and Irene Holder of Murfreesboro.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Eagleville High School where he was a member of the JROTC. He is a recent graduate of Nashville Auto-Diesel College and is currently employed at Alexander Chevrolet in Murfreesboro.
He is the grandson of Bill and the late Ann Goad of Kingston Springs and Edna Buchanan of Smyrna.
The wedding is planned for June 4, 2005, at Crescent Church of Christ in Murfreesboro.
